Drew's brother Connor committed suicide 2 days after Christmas. Struggling to cope, he gets a visit from a manifestation of Connor who pushes him into the gym. "Connor" follows him on his journey towards health and self improvement, but Drew wants to know why. He wants to understand what pushed his brother over the edge. He needs answers he may not be ready for.
